Downstairs at Town Hall
Downstairs at Town Hall is accessed through the Seneca Street entrance.
It is an open space with natural lighting, carpeted, that may be set up in a variety of configurations. Curtains in the center of the room can be closed to create a more intimate, 1500-square-foot space. The Downstairs space also connects by stairwells and elevator with the entire building.
Downstairs at Town Hall features: Up to 275 seats in theatre-style configuration
Up to 250 seats in banquet-style configuration
Up to 100 seats in cabaret-style configuration
Up to 85 seats in classroom-style configuration
